Double room in top floor modern apartment

Hi!

I have a double room becoming available soon in a modern, light and sunny top floor flat close to Hanover.

The apartment includes all white goods washer/dryer and furniture, the bedroom has a double bed, mattress, canvas wardrobe, bedside table, shelving units and room for a small desk. Fast internet etc.

The complex has a great hill top position with views of the city, sea and countryside.

Parking on the road is free except two hours of 11-12pm and 6-7pm Monday to Friday, free at weekends. Free parking is about a 10 minute walk or parking permits available for 3, 6 and 12 months.

Kemptown or the seafront is just a 20-30 minute walk away and easy access to the South Downs which is good for walks and cycle rides. There is a secure cycle store within the building and excellent public transport with many bus stops in the area.

The apartment has a private balcony with afternoon/evening sun. As well as a large communal terrace on the same floor with tables and chairs (good for BBQ's) there is an area on the communal terrace to grow vegetables if you want. Both have great views and sunsets in the summer.

I’m an easy-going person, friendly and have lived with many people over the years. I run a small business and work from home sometimes but also work in other places and am out of the flat a lot. I do like my own space sometimes but I can be fairly sociable too. I do dog sit occasionally so you would need to be comfortable with dogs (nice ones!) being around from time to time.

I'm definitely not an obsessive clean person but would like someone in the flat to be clean and tidy-ish.
