Apartment is situated in the Royal Alexandra apartments on dyke road, next to Brighton station, the city centre, and beach, less than 4 minutes walking away.

Rent is £750 including wifi, electric and water under fair usage which we will discuss in a written contract.
I would prefer if working from home was kept to a minimum but negotiable.
I'm a 37 yr old professional male working various hours and days week to week. Very chilled and like to relax when home so this isn't a party kind of place at all.
Please note I have a dog so lodger must be dog friendly.
