There's a driveway and plenty of unrestricted parking available. The house has easy access to the A27 (2 minute drive) and the city centre (7 minute drive; or buses take 15 minutes and run every 10 minutes). Sussex Uni 10 minutes.

The house is ideally suited to sociable young professionals looking to share. Rent includes just about everything: Weekly cleaner, council tax, gas, electricity, water, gardener, Virgin unlimited 400Mb WiFi; leaving little for you to worry about.
