Bright Double Attic room in Hanover

Friendly relaxed and quiet house, sharing with live in landlady, and one other lodger.

The house is in a popular area of Brighton with plenty of pubs small shops and cafes. It is walking distance to the sea, town centre, railway station, countryside. Lots of buses into town and outlying areas.

The house is 4 stories, up quite a steep hill. There are plenty of buses into town and the station if the hill is a bit daunting.

The room is a large double room. It is single occupancy and is not suitable for over night guests. It is in the attic up a fixed sturdy ladder, not a staircase. Photos on site. More if you ask me. It is large bright, quiet and comfy. With double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, hanging rail and storage space

This is a calm, quiet environment and we do like the house to be quiet after 10pm.
I have two bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a bath and washing machine, both with toilets to avoid the morning scrum.
I can provide bedding and towels and have adaptors, hair drier, and other things to borrow ... just ask.

You will have access to the kitchen, with cooking facilities including fridge and limited space to put your food. The garden is scheltered and nice to sit in when sunny. It's a bit of a mess at the moment due to recent building work and a delayed visit to the dump. I have just upgraded the Internet, have washing machine.

My young grandchildren stay here at times and there is often the chaos that comes with children. The house is generally clean, I have a cleaner once a week, but I can be quite untidy.
