I have a spare room available from 1st of Feb situated in a quiet street in the North Laines in central Brighton. It’s just 3 minutes walk to Brighton station, 10 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the shops, bars & restaurants in the North Laines.
Locations don't get much better!!

Elsewhere in the house there is a shared bathroom, living/dining room with separate kitchen that overlooks a small courtyard garden, It's a great little sun trap in the summer to sit and relax in.

looking for a tidy and considerate professional who appreciates a comfortable home rather than a party house.
Don't get me wrong, I’m not ready for the nursing home just yet, just not looking for someone who brings the party home after a night out.

The house would suit a professional person who requires easy access to the station or central Brighton as well as all the bars, restaurants and fun that the laines and central Brighton has to offer.

Unfortunately there isn’t any off street parking available, but have a choice of three car parks that are 3 minutes walk in both directions from the house. Alternatively you could apply for a parking permit .

Rent is £970 with all Bills (electricity, water, Council tax , wifi )
