hello, we have a lovely single room available in our large family home in the Preston Park area of Brighton (BN1).
The house is a few minutes walk to central Brighton/beach or to Preston Park/London road train stations.
Brighton and Sussex universities are a short bus ride away and the bus stop is opposite our road.
We consider any lengths of contract . The room will be available again from October 2026.
Wifi plus all normal bills are included.
Please note that this room is offered to women preferred.
