Suits minimalist tidy type I ve lived in the room myself for a couple of years in order to keep it nice and healthy it needs to be aired 2 x daily for about 20 mins one in the morning and once in the evening If you know old houses you will understand that with a cold north wall the air must circulate and stuff must not lean against the wall either. I ve reduced the price from £650 because of this extra care needed.

Its cosy in winter and nice in the summer as it overlooks the garden and has its own bathroom just a step away generally you won't have to share that though I do a bit of bnb at the weekends sometimes.

There is also a library room I prefer you to use if you are currently working from home due to covid restrictions. This is downstairs and is large and airy with a table and office chair and plenty of power points. it is available mon to Friday 9 am to Friday afternoon.

about a 10 minute walk from Brighton station and around the corner from shops, pubs, running track, and tennis courts, as well as the marvellous Duke of York Cinema, and other amenities in the 7 dials area.

The small double is available on 16/1/ at £610. reduced due to my requirements from £650.
The house is a period property over 2 floors with generous rooms, kitchen and living room. It is well maintained with all new mod cons and a cleaner from time to time.
It is comfortable, clean and homely and requires a responsible professional for the room working from the office full time when Covid alerts are not on. Or someone that has to be out at work for one reason or another normally. I am sorry I prefer no shift workers.
The house has great facilities, including a nice sunny garden, 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets. though only I shower room is for your use and it is sometimes shared with one other.

The room is well furnished with tv aeral too.
There is also free internet access/ wifi throughout house.
The house has all mod cons eg miele dishwasher, miele washing machine. Microwave /hob double ovenetc

The kitchen is large and shared.
I work from home so sometimes use the living room early evening. But if you want to watch the odd movie - book it out for the night - that’s good with me.

I am looking for person that can be sociable, who is considerate and respects peoples privacy, cleans up after themselves - willing to help and do a chore. In attitude - mature and security conscious.

I run my own very busy business from home and am generally working I am a live in older owner. I enjoy movies, good food, art, therapy etc and its a quiet house most of the time. However this room is over the kitchen so there can be a bit of noise - a cupboard shutting , some chatter etc

It's a predominantly non smoking house unless entertaining. it might suit a mature student or someone that just needs a weekday base in Brighton or has some weekends away or is an outdoorsy type.

We are all inoculated here and you should be too.
