The rent includes all bills, a cleaner, gardener and 400MB unlimited Virgin hi-speed broadband. The cleaner visits once a week to help keep the house in shape.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, double oven, microwave and two fridge/freezers. There's a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. The lounge/diner has all new furniture, plus 40" wall mounted TV.

The room has a double bed, desk/chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
