Located in Hanover a 15 min walk to Laines and Brighton station, and a 20 min walk to seafront. Lots of light and open space in a quiet historical building shared with kind and respectful neighbours.

The flat is fully furnished including kitchen equipment, gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer.

The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, and shelves.

Current flatmate is live in landlord (31, f) who has lived here for 10 years. I'm a self employed personal trainer and coach, I work mon-fri and wake up early most mornings. I’m sociable and like to hang out in the kitchen/lounge, but also very happy to co-exist quietly without having to chat all the time. My partner stays round 2-3 nights a week and I stay at hers 2-3 nights a fornight.

The building has a noise curfew of 11pm, so this flat is definitely not suitable for anyone who likes to have spontaneous late nights or loud music.

This flat will be right for you if you’re looking for somewhere short term to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed space. Keeping the space welcoming and clean is a given, as well as respecting each other’s personal space, boundaries, and all that good stuff.
