Double room available in 3-bed house in Fiveways area of Brighton, to share with just one other.

The house has a west facing garden, free on-street parking, a bus stop over the road, 20 min walk to town, 20 min walk to the downs.

One double room available, furnished with a small double bed and new mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table (there is also storage under the bed as it's an ottoman).

There is also a large shared family room (kitchen/diner), and a shared bathroom with bath and shower over.

It's a 3 bedroom end of terrace house, with double glazing and gas central heating. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of cupboard space.

All bills included, with fair use. Short or long lets considered.

I'm a professional female. I enjoy keeping fit, eating healthy, and being outdoors - I cycle and horse ride. I don't smoke or drink. I'm pretty quiet at home, clean and tidy, and I'm considerate of others.

I work from home and need the house to be quiet when I'm working, so someone who goes out to work during the week would be best. I also have two well behaved dogs and an indoor cat, who are friendly.

Would ideally like to find someone like minded, whose company we can enjoy and share the odd pub trip and meal, but I'm also independent and I keep myself busy with various hobbies and work.
