THE SEVEN DIALS IS IN A REALLY CENTRAL LOCATION AND IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. IT IS 8 MINS FROM BRIGHTON STATION, THE TOWN CENTRE, THE LANES AND SEAFRONT AND WAS RECENTLY LISTED IN THE TOP 12 PLACES TO LIVE IN THE UK BY TIME OUT MAGAZINE AND THE TELEGRAPH.

The flat is a spacious 1st floor Regency property, light and bright, with a balcony looking over a beautiful green, high ceilings and original features and is shared with one other person (myself).

Shared kitchen/diner with WM, DW, large fridge-freezer and balcony with seating overlooking the green. The shared bathroom has a bath and shower.

The medium sized double bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe with mirror and chest of drawers with mirror. With a large window overlooking gardens at the rear of the house, the room is at the end of the hall and is both private and quiet.

The flat is also quiet and is situated 100 metres from all the local amenities at the Seven Dials, one of the most sought-after areas in Brighton and Hove, with several bars, around 15 cafes/vegan cafes, bakeries, restaurants, take-aways, boutiques and lifestyle stores, chemists, dry cleaners, organic/vegan and regular food stores, grocers, florists and new shops opening this year. The flat is also less than five minutes walk from the local St Anne’s Well park.
