Hello! I'm looking for a lovely new lodger to join me (and my 11-year-old sidekick) in our 3-bed terraced home in Brighton. We’re about 20 mins walk from the station, with permitted parking available.

You’d also have full use of the kitchen, cosy living room, and sunny garden – perfect for tea, chats, or quiet time.

About us:
We’re a queer, creative, inclusive and neuro-divergent friendly household – I’m a single parent with a busy life and multiple hats to wear. Im open to a natter and connecting with others but also appreciate quiet time and personal space.

We’re a meat-eating household (not loads though). We love animals but don't currently own any. I'm open to offering the room to with someone who has a small, chilled and sociable dog or cat who is ok with children.

Due to it being a family home it would not be suitable for lodgers to bring strangers to the house or arrange hook-ups. If in a relationship, it would be a maximum of 2 stay-overs per week due to utilities costs. Other visiting guests are welcome for 2-3 nights maximum with at least a weeks notice.
