We have 2 fantastic rooms NOW to rent on an ongoing/long-term basis.
The house backs onto Moulsecoomb Leisure Centre with the a bedroom facing east and bedroom is facing West.
The shower is conveniently situated on the top floor in between the two bedrooms, with a bath and toilet just below on the 1st floor, and W/C on the ground floor.
While we do like to stay social and hang out, we do have our own lives and are busy so please know this is not a party house!
Virgin WiFi, washing machine, bathroom has heated towel rail, gas central heating, TV lounge, private garden, and driveway.
Close to Sussex and Brighton University campuses with frequent bus routes 25, 24, 28, 29, and 49 (the nearest bus stop is Moulsecoomb Way) and takes about 15 minutes to get into the Churchill Square/Brighton Station area. Moulsecoomb train station is also a 10 minute walk away.
Deposit: one month's rent/ £700.
Rent is £650 per month plus bills which include broadband, gas, electric, and water and TV licence.
