The house has 4 receptions: library, billiards room (pool table), lounge, and breakfast room. 3 WCs, a bathroom and a large shower. Large well equipped kitchen, outside laundry and pantry with all appliances - plenty of space.

Log burners in each reception and solar central heating throughout.

House sits in a very beautiful and natural 10 acre property, next to the Weald Way nature walk.

Off-road car park. BBQ, garden furniture all available.
Super quiet location, full of nature and there's a space for you to garden and grow your own veg if you wish.

Looking for professionals who go out to work daily (a routine really helps the flow of a shared home) and who are looking for a tranquil and friendly space to live and sleep. There are 2 male tenants and me, the landlady, living on property.

About me. I work from home mostly, but travel a lot (at least 1 third of the year) and have enjoyed restoring this beautiful home to its former glory. Now I'm delighted to share it with some friendly, considerate and fun people.

I have a small friendly, quiet jack russell and a cat.

You can walk to Buxted station or park for free, and get a direct train to London.

I am renting 3 rooms in the house, plus I have already rented a self contained studio cabin on the property. This will make a total of 3-4 people on the property.
