Live-in Lodger – Comfortable Home with Shared Household Living
I'm looking for someone who would like to share a comfortable home and become part of a friendly household.
You'll have your own furnished bedroom with all bills, Wi-Fi and use of the house included.
Rather than paying full market rent, I'm looking for someone who is happy to contribute around 8–10 hours a week towards the everyday running of the home. This isn't a job; it's a shared living arrangement where we both benefit.
The sort of things you might help with include general cleaning, laundry, preparing meals from time to time, shopping, light gardening, taking bins out and other routine household tasks. The hours are flexible and can be arranged to suit us both.
I'm looking for someone who is reliable, considerate, independent and happy to contribute to a relaxed and respectful home environment.
This arrangement would suit someone looking for affordable accommodation while enjoying the benefits of living in a welcoming household.
