Living Room

I have a Double room to rent, fully furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair in my spacious home in Coldean. The room and much of the house has recently been renovated. All daily items such as tea, coffee, sugar, loo roll, cleaning materials etc are included in the room cost. Netflix, Amazon Film and Spotify are also all free to use on the communal TV.

The house consists of a total of four double bedrooms, shower room, full bathroom, open plan sitting room / dining room / kitchen, a utility and a downstairs loo.

The kitchen is newly fitted, and has all the usual appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges etc. All kitchen items are available for use by everyone.

The sitting room area includes a large TV and entertainment systems, TV package and ultrafast fibre wifi.

There is a lovely private and secure garden at the back of the house with a BBQ, pizza oven, hot tub and a driveway with bike shed at the front.

There are excellent transport links, with bus stops less than a minutes walk away. The University of Sussex / Brighton University Falmer campus is approx 10 minutes walk away, and there are local shops a few minutes walk from the house. There is also free parking on the street.

I am a working professional, and I like to keep the house clean and tidy.
