Fully furnished double room available in my spacious, friendly home in Coldean. I am a live-in landlord and working professional, and I keep the house clean, tidy and welcoming. I am looking for considerate, respectful housemates who will do the same.

Each room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair. The room and much of the house have been renovated recently, so everything feels modern, comfortable and easy to live in.

All the usual household essentials are included in the rent, such as tea, coffee, sugar, toilet roll and cleaning materials. You can also use Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Spotify on the communal TV at no extra cost. All bills are also included in the rent, including council tax.

The house has four double bedrooms in total, a shower room, a full bathroom, an open-plan sitting room / dining room / kitchen, a utility room and a downstairs toilet. The high standard kitchen has all the usual appliances, including oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and two fridges. All kitchen equipment is available for everyone to use. The sitting room has a large TV with an entertainment package, and there is ultrafast fibre Wi-Fi throughout the property.

At the back of the house there is a lovely private and secure garden with a BBQ, pizza oven and hot tub, ideal for relaxing in good weather. At the front there is a driveway and a bike shed, and there is free parking on the street.

The location is excellent for both universities and for getting into Brighton. Bus stops are less than a minute’s walk away. The University of Sussex and Brighton University Falmer campus are approximately a 10-minute walk from the house, and there are local shops just a few minutes’ walk away.
