This is a lovely house in the heart of Coldean with a great choice of double bedrooms, amazing through lounge/diner and terrace, beautiful contemporary kitchen, two bathrooms and toilet, and sunny rear garden.

It has contemporary decor, lots of light and is very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with lots of lounge space and a seven person dinning table, ideal for eating together in the evenings. The living area connects through french doors to the terrace overlooking the sunny back garden, with an amazing view of the South Downs.

Bedrooms have double beds, a desk, dressing table and drawers, curtains/blinds, lampshade, bedside table, wardrobe and chair. Each room is a good size and has lots of light.

The kitchen is contemporary with beautiful corian worktop, large fridge and separate freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer and large cooking range with a double oven and lots of storage cupboards. It comes equipped with basic cooking and tableware.

The entrance lobby has plenty of space for coats and shoes. All windows in the house are new double glazed and well-sealed. The house has a combi-boiler, and unlimited hot water. High-speed broadband wifi is available throughout the house.

Coldean has great transport into Brighton as well as to the nearby Asda superstore. Its a good location if you are likely to want to go to either Sussex or Brighton Uni. and also very easy to get straight to Brighton city centre along the Lewes Road.

Buses 24, goes from a stop near the house, and the 25 and 25X take about 15 minutes into central Brighton down the Lewes Road, where there are also nightbuses every ten minutes, all night.

This will be a people who are looking for a calm, homely, clean and respectful household, sharing with other post-grad and mature students.

Bills such as gas electricity water and internet are organised through a shared package provider called Unihomes. They are generally about £85 pcmth and are not included in the rent. As a full time student you qualify for council tax exemption.
