I am ending my tenancy at Hillside, Varley Park due to travelling being more beneficial to me. I am in need of a new tennant to do so.

The room has a double bed, an en-suite (which is equipped with a very nice sized shower), it is shared halls with 6 other people. The kitchen is shared and has 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 sets electric hobs, 2 ovens, and plenty of cupboards for people to store their belongings. Along with that there is also a big sofa, TV, and dinning area in the kicthen.

The room itself has many shelves and storage facilities, drawers, and also has a wardrobe. There is fast internet connection for students. There is a big desk with a whiteboard in front and an office chair which is perfect for studying. The desk also has an extra light which you can turn on to be able to see your notes and work perfectly.

Smoking and vaping is not allowed in the room, but is allowed outside. Candles and insence is also not allowed.

A self-catered single room is £157 per week, and there is flat cleaning every week. There is Off-peak access to university fitness facilities (including free gym!), and £5,000 contents insurance, utility bills all included (gas, electricity, water, broadband) and 24/7 staff cover.

There is a big supermarket with a gas station 1.2 miles away from the accomodation. There is also a next, matalan, M&S, argos not far from the supermarket. And about 1.5 miles north west are some restaurants. To the south, 0.4 miles from the accomodation, is Londis and fast food places. The accomodation is 1.4 miles away from Falmer train station, and also 1.4 miles from Falmer Campus. Brighton town centre is 3.7 miles away from the accomadation. There are free Uni buses that take you to all the Brighton Campuses and Brighton Town Centre.
