Beautiful Spacious bed sit loft ensuite room

The room is a very large and roomy bed sit double room with a spacious ensuite shower room. It is in a converted loft and has sunny views over stanmer woods to one side and the garden to the other. It is quite separate from the family home below although shares an entrance and staircase.
There is a really comfy and huge bed. There is a fridge, hot plate, slow cooker, and microwave so there is a self contained basic kitchen set up in the room. There is good wifi.
We are looking for someone who would value their own self contained flat in a shared home. I value good communication and am a respectful and easy to communicate with land lady!
I have three children and live with the 17 year old daughter. The younger children live every second week with their father. so the house varies in activity week by week. We love nature, play, good food and healthy living. I am specifically looking for a female lodger, so please do not apply if this isn't you!
