Room available in a family home with live in landlady.

The room is available for 7 nights per week from now - March 2026.

We are looking for a student, researcher, or professional for this furnished room in our family home.

Excellent location as we are close to Sussex & Brighton University and Stanmer park.

Room for a single person only.

It’s a nice clean bright room with a queen-size (small double) bed (currently a single but will be changed soon)

The room is on the ground floor.

You will have access to the main bathroom, with a toilet, bath, and shower.

You will have full use of the kitchen and dining room to cook and relax in, as well as the large patio and garden.

Although still in Brighton, we have a semi-rural feel with a large garden, lots of wildlife, and a field of cows right outside our front door! We are near Stanmer Park, fields and woods, great for cycling, walking and running. So this is an ideal place for a nature lover.

We also have an excellent bus service to the Universities and you'll be in town in just 20 mins.

Bedding and towels can be provided.
All bills are included.

This would suit someone who works out of the house during the day.
