We have a large furnished room available within our house situated near Sussex and Brighton universities, in Coldean with views of the downs. There are several bus routes and Falmer train station within 5 minutes walking distance from the house.

The large double room is fully furnished with double bed, large chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a long wooden shelf unit perfect for office/admin work/study and a sofa bed.

You would share a kitchen/dining room, 2 WCs and bathroom with 4 people and 2 dogs. Your own small fridge will be provided.

There is free on-road parking and public transport is readily accessible.

Bills and council tax are include in the monthly rent and you'd have access to a washing machine, tumble dryer and wifi.

We would be happy sharing with a professional or older student. We all enjoy and respect having our own space so would leave you to enjoy yours. We are all busy during the week working out of the house during the day. The house is really close to Stanmer Park and The Downs are within a short cycle, perfect for someone interested in running or cycling.
