It’s ideally located for hybrid working, with high-speed fibre broadband making Teams calls easy, despite your semi-rural location.

It has solid oak flooring, a kitchen area with a 2-ring induction hob and fridge with freezer box, plus ample space for a sofa area and a double bed. The shower room includes a washer-dryer. Heating and hot and cold water are shared with the main house, where the landlords live.

The main living area includes a Jotul wood-burning stove, in addition to the main house heating. With modern double-glazing and excellent insulation, in the recent heatwaves it was routinely 10 degrees cooler than outdoors - which also makes it cosy in winter.

You have a traditional stable-style front door, overlooking the studio's 100m² garden. The studio is available part- or fully-furnished. It comes with a folding table and chairs, fridge, the washer-dryer, and decking outdoor sofa and table set. Most tenants prefer to use their own bed, sofa and clothes storage, but these can be provided for a monthly additional fee.
