Our home is in a quiet residential road and we are looking for a lodger to rent our fully furnished annex which has a separate entrance.

As it's only a 10-15 minute walk from the District General Hospital, this accommodation would be particularly suitable for a medical professional.

We are also within easy reach of local shops and a short bus ride or 20 minute walk to Eastbourne town centre and the station.

The annex has an entrance hall, sole use of a living room with TV and DVD, sole use of a shower room with basin and toilet. There is also a fitted kitchen (may be shared occasionally with our guests), and a washing machine and drier (shared with us). Upstairs in the annex is a single bedroom with a wash basin.

All bills are included and there's free Wi-Fi and on or off street parking available. We also have a beautiful garden with numerous places to sit and relax with far-reaching views across Eastbourne and beyond!
