We are looking for a lodger to rent our fully furnished annex which has its own separate entrance and off road parking in the drive.

Our home is in a quiet residential road and only a 10-15 minute walk from the District General Hospital, so this accommodation would be particularly suitable for a medical professional.

We are also within easy reach of local shops and bus stops. It's a short bus ride or 20 minute walk to Eastbourne town centre and the station.

The annex has an entrance hall, sole use of a living room with sofa, (can be an additional bed for guests) a table and chairs, a TV and DVD.
There is sole use of a shower room with basin and toilet. There is also a fitted kitchen including a microwave, air-fryer and Tefal hob. The washing machine and drier in this area are shared with us.

Separate stairs lin the annex lead to single bedroom with a wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, bedside storage and a chair. There's also a wash basin with a fitted cupboard underneath. .

All bills are included and there's free Wi-Fi. We also have a beautiful garden with numerous places to sit and relax with far-reaching views across Eastbourne and beyond!
