Spacious Room for Rent in Old Town

Hi there

I am looking for a clean and quiet lodger. I have a four bedroom house in Old Town. The room for rent is a neutrally decorated good sized double room, on the top floor of the house. It is currenlty part furnished with a day bed and trundle bed and two bed. The room is not en-suite but I do not use the main bathroom very much as I have an en-suite bathroom.

The House is about a 10/15 minute walk from town and very close to amenities in Old Town. Bus stops into Eastbourne and towards Brighton are just a short walk from the house. I am looking for £650 per month, which will include bills (water, gas, electric, council tax, wifi)

I have grown up children, who stay with me on occasion. I also live with my cat, Monty.

I am looking for a professional relationship with a lodger, this may sound harsh, but I am friendly and polite and fairly busy with work.
