I am looking for a clean and quiet lodger. I have a four bedroom house in Old Town. The room for rent is a neutrally decorated good sized double room, on the top floor of the house. It is currenlty part furnished with a double bed and two bed side drawers, but these can be removed if needed.
The House is about a 10/15 minute walk from town and very close to amenities in Old Town. Bus stops into Eastbourne and towards Brighton are just a short walk from the house. I am looking for £500 per month, which will include bills (water, gas, electric, council tax, wifi)
I live with my 16 year old daughter Who spends part of the week and every other weekend with her father. I also live with my cat,.
I am looking for a professional relationship with a lodger, this may sound harsh, but I am friendly and polite and fairly busy with work and my children.
