Single occupancy, no pets, long term house share required.

 I am looking for a long-term lodger to share my home. My parents are the landlord s. It is a 3 bed house with just myself and the potential lodger.
There will be a lodger agreement and Spare Room check.
I’m not in a rush—it’s about finding the right person.

The area sells itself. Parks and beach 5 mins walk. Close to amenities.
Rent: £575 a month (bills included).
House: 3-bedroom house shared with 2 people (myself and potential lodger).

* Amenities:
Shared Bathroom: WC and shower (I have my own separate WC).
Kitchen: Your own cooker, cupboard space, fridge, and freezer. Shared hob and washing machine (no tumble dryer, but you'll
have a clothes horse and airing cupboard). WiFi and full use of and all household facilities.
Garden: Large, corner-plot garden with space available for
your own section if desired (currently wild).
Parking: Off-street parking available.
Bedroom: Furnished with a double bed.

5 minutes from park and beach.
Main Tesco supermarket nearby.
Close to main bus routes.

Sports enthusiast and coach.
Audiobook lover.
Food fan (but not in the kitchen often).
Full-time worker (including some weekends).

*What I’m Looking For
 Someone not working from home.
A peaceful individual—not suitable for party animals.
Willing to share cleaning duties in common areas.
( Someone who has the right to rent.)

Sole occupancy only.
No indoor pets.
Smokers are okay if smoking is done outside.
