5 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from the seafront.

The house is fully furnished, is cleaned twice a month, and feels cosy. It has a shared kitchen (gas hob, electric oven) and dining area, and a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside there is a decked garden with a large bay tree.

On the top floor is a shower room, and separate bath-room and the house has 2 toilets.

All the housemates are clean, considerate and polite and are all male. They are looking for a polite, respectful housemate.

Included in the rent is as follows;
• All bills (electric, gas, water, wifi, council tax)
• Bi-Weekly clean of communal areas
• Toilet roll and hand-soap supplied in bathrooms

• Decked outside area.
