The location is 5 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from the seafront.

The room is nicely decorated and furnished, and there is a choice of 2 rooms available. One benefits from a private balcony that has just been re-decked, and the other is on the top floor opposite the shower and bathroom.

Only one of these will be rented as one room is retained by the landlord.

The house is fully furnished, clean and cosy with a shared kitchen (gas hob, electric oven) and dining area, and a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside there is a South facing decked garden with a large bay tree.

On the top floor is a shower room, and separate bath-room and the house has 2 toilets.

The current tennants in the house have all been there between 1 and 5 years.
There is a gentleman in his 20's who lives on the ground floor, works for the council and plays in a band, a gentleman who lives on the first floor who works as a chef, and a couple that occupy the top floor who are from Nigeria and work in care.

All the housemates are clean, considerate and polite.
