A large, bright, fully furnished double room is available in a centrally located home, shared with the homeowner and two long-haired house cats.

The room is spacious and south-facing, situated on the third floor at the rear of the property. The flat is a large period property spread over three storeys, with a living room, a big kitchen-breakfast room, one shared bathroom and a separate toilet.

The property is located in Little Chelsea, around a 5-minute walk from the station and town centre, with many local amenities close by.

There is no off-street parking, but residents’ permits are available via East Sussex County Council.

The rent includes all bills, within reason and subject to energy price increases. The home suits someone with fairly typical usage; additional contributions may be required for unusually high energy use (for example, heating on all day).

There are two long-haired cats in the home, so there are litter trays and some fluff. The cats won’t go into your room. If you’re not an animal lover or have allergies, this won’t be a suitable place.

I don’t accept pets, couples or smokers. I’d need to meet you in person before offering the room. References will be required and may take a couple of weeks.
