I have a double furnished room available to rent, including king sized bed & mattress, lots of wardrobe space and a dressing table with mirror.
Lots of lovely places near by including Eastbourne seafront, tennis courts, basket ball court? princess park just over the way, sovereign centre gym & swimming pool, Tesco’s just down the road too.
You will have full use of all the amenities including washer & dryer. Communal kitchen, bathroom, ldining room and garden which will be extra lovely in summer for bbqs and drinks in sunshine. As of May 2025 there is now also a downstairs toilet.
About me
I am 30 year old female currently working in a local Eastbourne children’s nursery. I love swimming in the sea, having a sing song, eating pasta, live music, road trips and the simple things in life, sunsets, tea etc.
