You would be sharing the property with myself (female,57 yrs old & work in the NHS) and one other (female, 29 yrs old & work as a tattooist). I have a cheeky cat and a golden retriever who will required lots of loving :)
Great location with own parking, fabulous bus routes, close to the hospital, railway station nearby. Peaceful, clean and tidy house. Lots of space...Sky in every room and alot of extra amenities with a beautifully equipped kitchen with all mod cons.
Bathroom has power shower and lovely sized bath shared with one female.
This is a clean and tidy household where your space is respected but equally you can have a glass of something or eat together, watch a film etc. Lovely garden, firepit, bbq etc.
