We have two newly refurbished Double En-Suite Rooms becoming available from 15th July. The house is a lovely spacious well maintained Edwardian home in a nice residential area. The current housemates are working professionals who are friendly, clean and respectful.

The shared Kitchen Dining area was recently refurbished and is fully equipped with 2 x Cookers, 2 x Fridges, 2 x Washing Machines, Microwave oven, Freezer, Dishwasher, Tumble Dryer and flatscreen TV. Outside there is a pleasant shared garden with patio table & chairs, and secure bicycle storage.

LOCATION:
10 minutes walk to the beach, Eastbourne Town Centre & Railway Station with rail links to Lewes, Brighton, London Victoria, and buses to Eastbourne General Hospital and East Sussex College.

Off-street parking may be available for an additional monthly fee. There is also unrestricted on-street parking available in all surrounding streets.

The rent includes all bills, council tax, high speed broadband and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

The Tenancy Deposit is £350. The Reservation Deposit is £150 (non-refundable but deducted from 1st months rent).
