A double bedroom to rent in a 2 bedroom house. Space enough for a desk in room but you could have desk set up in front living room of house if preferred. 1 bathroom/shower, toilet in separate room. Living room & dining room.
There will be myself living here, 2 well behaved dogs and a cat. So would need to be an animal lover.
Ideally looking for a female lodger. I work from home but out and about as often as I can. It would be nice to live with someone like minded, times to socialise together but also do our own things.
