We have a large double fully furnished room with single bed to let in a decent sized semi-detached house in the Roselands area of Eastbourne. The room is bright, spacious and with a super comfortable bed with a memory foam matress. The let includes shared access to kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, large garden, a shared lounge and a drive for car owners. We also have a very calm and friendly dog.

Fully inclusive rent – water, electricity, gas, and high-speed (fibre) Wi-Fi included.

There are well-maintained communal areas, offering a friendly and welcoming environment shared with a professional couple.

The location is a 20-25 minute walk into town and the station and only 12-15 minute walk to the seafront with numerous parks and local shops (e. g. Tesco Express) nearby.

The let would be most suitable for a mature student or a single working professional (e. g. working at Eastbourne hospital) seeking a quiet, convenient and affordable home in one of Eastbourne’s ever popular neighbourhoods. The let would also be for 6 months in first instance but could be extended afterwards.
