The house is in a lovely part on the edge of Eastbourne, on the Beachy Head side. House is in Old Town and has a village and community feel. Owner does take a lot of pride in the house and seeks a house mate who is sensible, mature, calm and respectful and treats the house as their own.
I am a professional with a demanding job and the house and set up here would suit a serious professional in areas such as health/medicine, academic/teaching.
