The room is a spacious double room with sash windows and built in storage. The house has 2 bathrooms.
I'm looking for someone who is sociable and we can share a meal or watch a film together from time to time, whilst also respecting we have independent lives.
I have a cat and I go away a fair bit so I'm looking for someone who loves cats and is happy to look after mine when I'm away. Obviously it's not an option to bring your own pet.
The kitchen is spacious and modern, leading on to a lovely sunny, secluded garden.
The house is in Motcombe Village, right next to Waitrose, The Lamb pub and Gildredge Park, so very handy for amenities.
