Double room in Lower Meads 5 mins walk to beach!

Hello all!
Double bedroom available in 3 bedroom flat to share with myself and one other lodger (who has two small dogs; a bichon frise and cavalier King Charles spaniel). I have my own bathroom and the shared bathroom is only with the other lodger. The flat is on the third floor with no lift so would not suit any one with mobility issues.

Please note my flat is being put on the market as of mid March so whilst I have put max 6 months it is possible that it could take a while to find a buyer and for the sale to go through so 6 months is an estimate. This would suit someone looking for a temporary room. I have put the price at a lower amount than normal for this reason. I will also discount the monthly rate every time there is a viewing on the property of £5 to compensate for any inconvenience.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, 2 x wardrobes, a chest of drawers, fold up chair and overhead storage. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom includes separate shower and bath with washing machine. Living room comes with smart tv and dvd player. WiFi also available.

There is a large communal garden with free on-street parking available.

Rent is £550 per month with a deposit of one month's rent. All bills are included. One month notice on either side to be given at any time.

Silverdale Road in Meads is a lovely, peaceful location with a 15 minute walk to the town centre and Eastbourne train station and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is a 10 minute walk to the beginning of the South Downs including a lovely walk to Beachy Head. Parking on the street is free and there is generally space near the building.

I am a live in landlord and have been successfully renting my rooms out for over fifteen years and enjoy sharing with people from all walks of life. I work self employed in property development and as a carer. I enjoy socialising, walking or cycling in the countryside, music, reading, box sets and documentaries. I am easy to get along with and talk to however I am very respectful of your own space and realise that after a long, maybe stressful day at work, you might want some 'me' time. I am also trying to learn spanish so bonus points if you speak the language and allow me to practise :-)
