Bright Single Room- for a Lodger

I would like a female lodger to rent my spare room, which is also a lovely single room in a home.

i'm looking for a quite but polite and friendly female, which would be a great adding to our setting.

The room comes already furnished and overlooks the house has all the mod-cons including broadband and wifi.

I am open to consider a Monday to Friday let also.
the house is close to all amenities but yet also sits in idyllic quarter. behind grand parade and merely a 10 minute stroll into town .

The beech is a 8 minute walk also from door to door.
there is a big park a green and a lovely period square just 9 minutes walk away also.
There are free drawing lessons on sundays- and gardening-activities for the right lodger as friend for the home.
