I have a fantastic, bright double room available in a top-floor flat located close to Eastbourne town centre and the train station.

It’s in a quiet, well-maintained building with modern fittings throughout. The flat and bedroom are fully furnished.

I work away so do not live at the property full-time. You’ll have near-exclusive use of the flat!
(I will only stay occasionally and will always give plenty of notice beforehand).

All bills included (council tax, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi) so one payment a month and no hidden extras.

It’s in a quiet residential setting, yet extremely well-connected - 10 minutes to Eastbourne station and local amenities.

I am pet friendly! Sadly dogs aren’t permitted in the building however I am open to considering a well-behaved cat 🐱

I’m looking for a clean, reliable, and respectful professional who will look after the space like their own.
