This 2 floor Duplex (2 FLOORS) apartment will suit working person between mid 20's to mid 30's (as the rest of the housemates are in this age bracket) professionals doing 9-5 jobs outside of the house. Not suitable for working from home as in the Winter heating not on during the day but mornings and evenings only.
