- To be a suitable applicant, you will confirm that you have read and understood the entire advert (location, length of stay, etc). + Be available to move in soon. + Will read and agree to the 3 documents that I will email you after confirmation of the above, (draft lease agreement, house information and draft deposit receipt). + Will be able to provide a work reference. + After viewing and successful application, will immediately send a £300 deposit to secure the room and then send the first month rent on the morning of the moving in date. Once I can confirm receipt of both, then we can progress.
