I would like to have a very tidy male or female flatmate. . Vegetarian. Preferred. None smoking, no drinking and no pets. Preferably a nurse or carer by profession or a student. Minimum stay 3 months. The flat is located in town centre. I am a quiet person. I am vegan. I love cooking. I would not accept non vegetarians. I request references too.
I love reading and research health issues. Nutrition is my passion. I do not watch TV.. council tax required.
My flat is spotless clean. We will take weekly turns for cleaning to maintain the flat with high standards of cleanliness, specially both toilets and the kitchen. No thing dirty should be left in the kitchen sink. Always leave things the way you find them. If the candidate abuses water, electricity and the use of the washing machine we should be careful of the expenditure. Thanks.
