Double room w ensuite in Fairlight

I have a gorgeous spacious home in a quiet peaceful location near Fairlight with great views, a large outside space and lovely walks nearby.

The space available is a sunny double room with ensuite. There is a large kitchen to share and 2 lounge areas I would be open to sharing with the right person.

I run a wellness business and work from home a lot so this is for someone who works outside of the home most of the time. I have a gorgeous little dog who lives here too.

Would suit someone with own transport. Hastings is a 10 minute journey by car, St Leonards 15 mins and Rye 15. There are buses to Ore, Hastings, St Leonards and Rye but not a vast timetable.
