Bedding and kitchenware are not supplied. Bedding packs can be purchased to collect at your residence.

The accommodation fee includes:
• utility bills (water, electricity and gas) and service charges
• regular cleaning of common areas
• contents insurance (basic cover)
• maintenance, management and campus security services.

Stanmer Court is next to a main road and railway station, so you may sometimes hear traffic or trains.

It's a comfortable room, but I need to move because I'm going to live with my friends in a house near city center.
