Double room in a modern home

Hi,
I have a furnished room in a 8 year old well
maintained house on a popular new build estate. The room contains a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a large built in wardrobe with light inside. You will have the main bathroom mostly to yourself ( I occasionally fancy a bath) which has a bath with shower over, and huge towel rail along with storage. There is a study room with desk. Generous sized lounge/ dinner with tv and access to the garden that has a patio area and bbq. The kitchen is a good size with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is fast fiber optic broadband in the house to. There is also a good sized garage and the estate has plenty of places for on street parking and use of visitors bays. The house is located just off the A22 with regular busses going to either Tunbridge Wells/ Uckfield or Brighton from just out outside the estate. Buxted train station is less than 1.5 miles away with regular trains to London.
I am looking for housemate who is a professional, clean, tidy and respectful.
We have 3 dogs ( x2 pugs and a cavalier King Charles spaniel) so any future house mate will have to be dog friendly.
