Rent paid weekly (cash, card, bank transfer). Housing benefit accepted.

Council tax (Band A) is the responsibility of the tenant. Electricity is on a pound coin meter. Gas is bottled and available to buy on site (price includes changeover of bottles and lighting the boiler).

Landlord visits all properties on 25th of the month to retrieve coins from coin meter.

All properties are gas safety tested annually.
