This is a quiet and private maisonette a few minutes walk away from the Steiner school and near the centre of Forest Row. Every window of the flat looks out onto green and it is not overlooked.

The bedroom for rent is small, clean, private, and feels safe. It has a comfortable small double bed, a built in wardrobe, drawers etc, and there is room for extra storage space in a garage should you need it. The flat is basic with limited furnishing but enough to live simply.

The price includes all bills except electricity. Since you will be the sole occupant most of the time you would contribute your share of the electricity, we can negotiate how best to do this.

There is also the possibility to rent the room from Monday to Thursday on a longer term basis. And I may consider letting the entire two bedroom flat for six months from October, should the right person come along.
