We are a couple in our 40's, with a six year old boy and 2 medium sized dogs. There is also an annexe to the house where my mother lives (86). All generally well trained/behaved!
Large garden and patio and decking to enjoy. Dedicated, off street parking space included. Framfield village has a lovely pub in walking distance, and a nearby town of Uckfield 10 minutes by car/bus.
Bus stop very close to the house with routes 29A 318 331. going to Brighton/Heathfield/Uckfield/Etchingham.
