Double Room for Rent

A furnished double room for rent in a quiet location with a parking space available.

The house is has a modern kitchen with a separate main sitting/dining room with hard flooring throughout and a garden with a shed.

Furniture included is as follows.. Bed with mattress, wardrobe, 2x bedsides and a chest of draws. There is also a tv stand if needed.

All household bills are included in the rent including WiFi, utilities and council tax.

A share of the household chores would be required and there is a shared bathroom.

I am a mature female who works full time, I have 2 dogs. I am looking for someone who is ideally working, friendly and most of all respectful.

There is a bus stop a 4 minute walk away but the nearest train station would be Polegate station.
