Self contained studio (lodge)

This is a completely self contained lodge in our garden, it has its own street entrance, shower , w/c, full kitchen, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave and air fryer. This has cost us over £35,000 to build it’s completely brand new and has been built to an extremely high spec and no cutting ANY Corners, double glazed, fully insulated Central heating, Wi Fi, Virgin TV including Sports and movie Chanel’s and Netflix. Amazon Alexa, All the furniture is John Lewis, the bed alone was £1500 with the mattress! It really is a beautiful lodge! Full black out blinds. We are just trialing this and it has to be the right person, unfortunately no pets, there is a resident dog (Bruno the Boxer Dog) he LOVES everyone! We are two minutes away from Portslade station, on all bus routes easy walk to shops, we also have a back gate that takes you onto the Benfield valley, 10 mins walk to the sea!! We are a family of three and we are quite, we work hard running our own business and go to bed early and are up at the crack of dawn! We won’t disturb you but we ask you are quiet too. We also have neighbours etc. we are happy to do your washing for you as we have washing machine and tumble dryer in the house (2 x full loads a week included in the price) Like I say we want to trial renting this out to see how it works so happy to consider short term etc. rent includes ALL bills. Would suit someone working full time!
