Bright double room in a quiet location

The double bedroom

The room is a double furnished room on the first floor. There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and a bookshelf.

There would be shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and garden.

The house is in a quiet area with free on-street parking. It's a four minute walk to the bus stop for the 3X bus to Hove Station, Brighton Station and the Universities, and for the 5, 5A and 5B buses into central Brighton. It's a twenty minute walk to Portslade station.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly and calm.

There is a possibility of extending the stay beyond three months.
