Spaceous room with morning sunshine on West Hill.

Hello!

I have a large double bedroom available for lodging in my warm, quiet and airy first floor flat on the west Hill in Hastings. The room receives the morning sunshine on a very quiet street, is quiet and spaceous and furnished with large wardrobe, drawers, table and a double bed. In the video of the flat this is the first room shown on the tour.

The flat is nicely situated on top of the West Hill with a 250m walk to Ore rail station which links to Ashford international and Kings Cross. The flat within 10 minutes walking distance of the Old Town, beach and Rocklands cliff top park. There is a small well stocked supermarket about 50m away. There is free parking available on the street.

The shared kitchen-diner and bathroom are spaceous, homely and comfortable and the flat has big views and great light - please see photos.

I am usually away in London. This means that you and your flatmate will mostly have the place to yourselves.

A longer term lodger who wants to settle and create a home of the place is preferable. The flat share will suit a quiet, tolerant, tidy and respectful person rather than party person. I am a meditator and chi gong practitioner so a flatmate with similar interests most welcome!
